Duterte, ready to pull out Military Force in Marawi if ordered by Supreme Court.

President Rodrigo Duterte is ready to pull out the Military Force in Marawi if the Supreme Court ordered it.

Duterte says that if he needed to declare Martial Law, he will make it like the Martial Law that President Marcos did.

President Duterte declared Martial Law in Mindanao last May 23, 2017 after the attack of Maute Group at Marawi City.

Opposition and the Civil Society Groups questioned the decision of President Duterte, the opposition obliged the Congress to convene and to study the basis of the President of declaring Martial Law.

Duterte said that the invasion of the Terrorists are considered as rebellion, which is one of the conditions to delcare Martial Law.
